Online Webcam Notarization

PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS: 

Must use Chrome or Foxfire browser

IDENTITY VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. The notary must vet each signer, and if the signers do not have all the following below, they will not be able to pass the ID verification and their document can not be notarized online by Expedited Apostille Documents.

    

• Be a U.S. Citizen

• Have a valid Social Security Number - Even though our system needs the last 4 digits, if the signer doesn't have a SSN number, more likely than not they won't be in any of the credit bureau databases

• Have a valid/unexpired U.S. Driver's License - This is also a requirement in order for the third party to be able to find questions only the signer knows

• Have a US mobile telephone number - This needed to receive a secure link to capture and send snapshots of the front and back the signer's ID

• Have a Credit History - Technically, if they don't have credit history in the U.S., they're not going to pass the ID verification

• IMPORTANT: Make sure credit reports aren't locked.  If credit reports are locked the signer will fail ID verification.
